Registration for participation
There is no registration fee for KAPD and TAPD members, but you will be required to register your name and other information in advance.
Please go to the next registration form. The deadline for registration is April 18th, 2025.

Call for Poster Presentations
We are calling for poster presentations as follows. The deadline for registration is January 17th, 2025.
1)Categories of subjects
Please submit your subject under the following categories:
(1) Bacteriology (dental caries, periodontal disease, etc.)
(2) Regenerative medicine (dental pulp, periodontal ligament, dental germ, etc.)
(3) Dental materials (restorative materials, endodontic medications, etc.)
(4) Maxillofacial and cranio-mandibular development, dentition and occlusion development
(5) Chewing, jaw movement, and eating function
(6) Other basic researches
(7) Community dental care
(8) Countermeasures
(9) Caries prevention, crown restoration, endodontic therapy
(10) Dental development and impaired dental growth (including MIH)
(11) Trauma – External wound
(12) Occlusal Guidance
(13) Other case reports
(14) Dental hygienists
(15) Others
2)How to register your subject
If you wish to register your subject, please follow the procedure below.
(1) At the 63rd Annual Congress, you will be required to upload an abstract file at the same time as you register your subject (submit your presentation), so please prepare the file before moving to the registration process.
(2) About the preparation of your abstract
① The book of abstracts will be in A4 variant format, with one page per subject.
② When creating your manuscript, please use the template at the bottom of this page and make sure it is kept within the predetermined field. The text should be in 9 points, use the Century font, and written in two columns.
③ The manuscript should mention all of the following items in the following order: subject title, names of all presenters (mark the lecturer with a circle), affiliations, goals, targets/methods, results, analysis, conclusions, and references.
④ Please note that abstracts that do not clearly state the results will not be accepted.
⑤ Please leave one line between the title and names, and one line between the affiliations and the body of the text.
⑥ If an author has multiple affiliations, these should be on the right of the author’s name and distinguished by adding 1), 2), 3) … to the left of the affiliations’ name.
⑦ In the affiliation section, if you are affiliated with a university, please write the official name of your university. If you are not affiliated with a university, write the name of the research institute, hospital, clinic, etc., and include the location in parentheses.
⑧ You can insert monochrome diagrams and photographs into your manuscript. Please note that your manuscript will be made in original size.
⑨ Photographs and diagrams should be inserted in black and white in original size within the template (separate reduced versions and separate attachments are not permitted).
⑩ Do not add any headers or footers like page numbers.
⑪ Please set the security to allow all.
⑫ Please use new characters according to the S-JIS standards, and do not use characters you created.
⑬ Do not use proper nouns in the title (e.g., at ** University..., at ** Dental Clinic...).
⑭ The title of a case report should be “1 example of **”, and not “1 case of **”.
⑮ A person cannot apply to be the lead presenter for more than one presentation.
⑯ Please note that the Program Committee may make revisions the presentation format.

5) Presentation guidelines for the day of the event

JTB Co., Ltd. is in charge of arranging accommodation for people participating in the conference.
There is a limit to the number of rooms, so we recommend that you proceed as soon as possible.

Poster Presentation

1.Each author is to be provided with a W900 mm X H2100 mm poster panel.
2.Box size of Poster number (to be announced later) is W200 mm X H200 mm.
3.Place the information of presentation title, authorʼs name and affiliation to the right side of the poster number box (within W700 mm X H200 mm. Also, mark “○” in front of the authorʼs name on the poster.)
4.The presentation style is free and the contents, including text, figure, graph or pictures must not be exceeded the provision frame of W900 mm X H1500 mm.
5.Nothing should be posted on the lower margin of the poster panel (W900 mm X H400 mm.)
6.For information of the poster size, please look at the picture. The management secretariat will prepare the poster number paper. Please make the left top corner blank to put the number paper.
7.The management secretariat will prepare push pins to put up the poster. Do not use other materiel to affix your poster to the panel.
